Are there rubbish bins at the park?

ALL ADVENTURES: TREETOP ADVENTURE PARK, TREETOP SAFARI AND TREETOP CRAZY RIDER

We ask that you take all rubbish home for responsible disposal or recycling, as there are no bins on site. All of our parks are protected areas in one form or another. One of the main reasons we are not permitted to have public bins is that they attract native wildlife like possums and birds, who foster a dependency on the bins as a food source, which encourages the spread of disease. Bins also encourage introduced species such as cats, foxes and vermin, which all have a devastating effect on the endangered native animals and plants that call the park home. We thank you for your understanding.

I’m 16 years and older and want to do the black course, how do I do that?

TREETOP ADVENTURE PARK

All courses must be completed in order and cannot be skipped or repeated. You must successfully complete the Green, Blue and Red courses without assistance from an instructor, to be eligible to attempt the Black course. Black includes the hardest (both physically and mentally) challenges in the park. We recommend booking sessions prior to midday to allow you the best chance of reaching the black course prior to the park closing time. Everyone is encouraged to climb at their own pace (including climbers in front of you).

We have children, juniors and adults who all want to participate, can we do that?

TREETOP ADVENTURE PARK

Yes! Children 3-9 years old require an adult to supervise them from the ground at all times, even when not participating. You must ensure there is an adult on the ground at all times. We strongly recommend bringing a non-participating adult to supervise the children as this is the simplest and quickest solution. One adult can climb with the juniors and one adult can supervise the children. Subsequent adults can then start their climb after the first adult has finished. Please note all adults and juniors must complete the courses in order as instructed and cannot be skipped or repeated. Courses can be completed once only per day. You can use the ‘add to cart’ function to make a booking online for adults and children at different times, on the same day.

Please let your guide know when you reach the start of the ride. Children who weigh under 40kg cannot participate in TreeTop Crazy Rider. All youths require an adult to supervise them from the ground at all times. You must ensure there is an adult on the ground at all times.
