We would like to share with you the additional measures we’re taking to best ensure the well-being of all our adventurers.

GREATER SYDNEY RESIDENTS

Or! Are you a Greater Sydney resident who booked for one of our regional parks below and are now unable to travel?

Due to the latest restrictions, we unfortunately are required to close our parks located within Greater Sydney and Newcastle.
We are offering free rescheduling or a voucher for your current booking, for all our Greater Sydney adventurers, but there is no rush on providing us your new date - let's first stay safe and get through this together!
We thank you for your patience as we do our best to contact you, returning each call and every email as soon as we can! Don't worry! Your booking has automatically been placed on hold while we wait to hear from you on what option you'd like to take.

NON-GREATER SYDNEY RESIDENTS
Our regional parks will remain open, ready to welcome all non-Greater Sydney residents! If you have booked for one of the parks within Greater Sydney, please reach out to us and we can move your booking one of our regional parks:
Please note you must wear a fitted face mask whilst onsite (but are NOT required to wear one whilst climbing)
Before you book
If any of your group has recently travelled to hot spot areas, been unwell or been in contact with someone with a suspected or known case of COVID-19, we politely ask that they come for a climb at another time! For the safety of our crew and adventurers, we will require anyone we suspect of the above to immediately leave the park.
We highly recommend booking online! If you choose not to book, unfortunately we we cannot guarantee you a place on the course. And don’t forget! Gift Vouchers are available online and will be instantly emailed to you!
Cashless payments are the preferred method of payment.
HyGiene & Cleaning
We regularly clean all our equipment between uses, but we will be doing this more frequently during this time!
Helmets are sanitised after each use.
