What you need to know before arriving

There are no special skills or prior knowledge required, just bring along a sense of adventure.

Participants must wear fully enclosed flat shoes (sporting shoes are recommended).

We are open in all weather conditions (except lightning and high winds).

Please check our booking Terms and Conditions for age, height, weight restrictions and supervision ratios. Adult supervision for participants aged 15yrs old and under is required (if not participating, supervising adults do not need a ticket or pay any fees).

Participants will need to check in at the TreeTop NetWorld/TreeTop Crazy Rider office.

Please arrive at the park with plenty of time, ready to start your session at the booked time. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your booked time to allow for finding a car park, completing waiver forms, removing all jewellery, storing any remaining valuables in your car, all participants having used the bathroom, applying sunscreen/insect repellent, handing keys to office staff etc. During school holidays, public holidays and weekends more time may be required as all parks get particularly busy. If you miss the start of your session, you may only be able to use TreeTop NetWorld for the remaining balance of your 2-hour session. If you are late, this impacts on other participants. No refunds or part-refunds will be made if you are late and it is not possible to accommodate you.

For safety reasons you can not carry any sharp or loose items on you whilst in TreeTop NetWorld. Please leave all your valuables at home and hand in your keys at the TreeTops office. Mobile phones are allowed on the activity as long as it is over 10cm and you take it with you at your own risk.

See below for TreeTop NetWorld requirements.
